A planning application is being brought forward by James Latham PLC to develop a new storage and distribution centre at Ballyearl Business Park.

The development promises to deliver jobs and investment at a well-connected site.

Join our public information event

We will be hosting a drop-in public information event at Corr’s Corner Hotel, 315 Ballyclare Rd, Newtownabbey BT36 4TQ, from 3-7pm on Thursday 4 December 2025. Members of the project team will be on hand to listen to your comments and answer your questions.
